RESULTS OF PT-1 (ONLINE OPEN HOUSE MEETING)
Please be informed that the results of the Periodical Test held in June along with the progress journey
of your ward in April to June will be discussed with you in an online meeting on Wednesday,
01-07-20 / Thursday, 02-07-20. To facilitate individual interaction, the Meeting link and the specific
time will be communicated to you by the class teacher. You are requested not to miss this opportunity,
since the class teachers would also be explaining on how your ward can make the best utilization of the
summer holidays. Kindly note that there will be no regular classes on the Open House days.
FEE ARREARS
Clearance of fee arrears, if any, including that of June 2020, is compulsory; and the results of the fee
defaulters will be withheld.
SUMMER VACATION
As it was already announced, the school will observe the Summer Vacation from 5th of July 2020.
However, there will be online classes for Grades 10 to 12 till 9th July 2020. (You may note that it is
optional and without any additional fee.)
VACATION ASSIGNMENTS
Assignments and extended tasks for the effective utilization of the holidays will be uploaded in the
students portal Educore and you are requested to ensure that your ward completes the same and upload
as per the given guidelines.
REOPENING OF THE SCHOOL
Classes will resume, after summer vacation, for all the students on Sunday, 30th August 2020. We are
devising an appropriate mode of classes, mostly as face to face, meeting with all the nonnegotiable
health and safety specifications outlined by MOH, MOE and SPEA. You will be intimated about the
mode of teaching, timing etc shortly through the school website and Parents app -Educare.
As we all are experiencing unprecedented situations out of the pandemic COVID-19, you are advised
to plan and utilize the vacation time such that your ward would not be missing any working day. Kindly
note that attendance of all the students from the date of reopening is compulsory.
